RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Last updated: 12 August 2026
At Kollburm, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights when purchasing products from Kollburm.store, including your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights you have under UK consumer law.
1. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
If you purchase goods from us online, you generally have the legal right to change your mind and cancel your order without giving a reason.
You have 14 days from the day you, or a person nominated by you, receives the goods to notify us that you wish to cancel your order.
Where an order contains multiple items delivered separately, the cancellation period generally runs from the day you receive the last item.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us clearly of your decision before the cancellation period expires.
You can contact us at:
Email: help@Kollburm.store
Website: Kollburm.store
2. RETURNING GOODS AFTER CANCELLATION
After notifying us that you wish to cancel your order, you must return the relevant goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of your decision to cancel.
Please contact us before sending a return so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.
Products should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
3. CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
You may inspect products in the same way that you reasonably would in a physical shop.
You may be responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
For clothing, we recommend that returned items are:
-
Unworn, except for reasonable fitting;
-
Unwashed;
-
Free from stains, odours or damage;
-
Returned with original tags and labels where reasonably possible; and
-
Securely packaged for return.
These requirements do not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise not in conformity with the contract.
4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel because you have changed your mind, you will normally be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, provided that we informed you of this obligation before the contract was concluded.
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, Kollburm will bear the reasonable costs of returning the item where required by applicable law.
We recommend using a tracked or otherwise reliable postal service and retaining proof of postage until your return has been completed.
5. REFUNDS
When you validly cancel your order, we will reimburse the payments that we are legally required to refund.
This normally includes:
-
The price paid for the returned goods; and
-
The cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us for the original order.
If you selected a more expensive delivery option, such as express delivery, we are not required to refund the additional amount above the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.
6. REFUND TIMEFRAME
Where goods are being returned following cancellation, we may withhold the refund until:
-
We receive the goods back; or
-
You provide evidence that you have sent the goods back,
whichever occurs first.
Once the relevant condition is satisfied, reimbursement will be made without undue delay and, where required by law, no later than 14 days.
7. REFUND METHOD
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
You will not be charged a fee solely for receiving the reimbursement.
The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account after we process it may depend on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
8. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR MISDESCRIBED GOODS
Your statutory rights are separate from your right to change your mind.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods supplied to consumers must meet applicable legal standards. Among other requirements, goods should be:
-
Of satisfactory quality;
-
Fit for their intended purpose; and
-
As described.
If your goods do not meet these requirements, you may have statutory rights to a refund, repair or replacement.
Short-Term Right to Reject
Where applicable, consumers generally have a 30-day short-term right to reject goods that do not conform to the contract and receive a refund.
The applicable period generally begins when ownership has transferred, the goods have been delivered and, where applicable, any required installation has been completed.
9. FAULTS DISCOVERED AFTER 30 DAYS
If a fault is discovered after the short-term right to reject has expired, you may be entitled to request a repair or replacement in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Where a repair or replacement is impossible, unsuccessful, has not been provided within a reasonable time or causes significant inconvenience, you may have a statutory right to an appropriate price reduction or final right to reject the goods, depending on the circumstances.
Nothing in this policy limits these statutory remedies.
10. FAULTS WITHIN SIX MONTHS
Where goods develop a fault within the first six months, UK consumer law may presume, subject to applicable exceptions, that the fault existed at the time the goods were supplied unless the trader can establish otherwise or the presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or fault.
After six months, the consumer may be required to demonstrate that the problem existed when the goods were supplied.
11. ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
The statutory right to cancel may not apply to certain categories of goods, including, where applicable:
-
Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
-
Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
-
Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery;
-
Sealed audio, video recordings or computer software once unsealed;
-
Newspapers, periodicals or magazines, except certain subscription contracts; and
-
Goods which, after delivery, become inseparably mixed with other items.
These exceptions do not remove your statutory remedies where goods are faulty or otherwise fail to conform to the contract.
12. SALE AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS
Products purchased during a sale, promotion or with a discount are covered by the same statutory consumer rights as full-price products.
We will not refuse a legally required refund, repair or replacement merely because an item was purchased at a discounted price.
13. WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you receive an item that you did not order, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:
Please provide your order number and details of the incorrect product.
Where the error is ours, we will provide appropriate return instructions and arrange the legally required remedy without charging you the reasonable return costs.
14. ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Providing your order number, a description of the problem and photographs of the product and packaging can help us investigate the issue more quickly.
Requesting photographs does not remove or restrict your statutory consumer rights.
15. EXCHANGES
Where available, you may contact us to request an exchange.
Availability of voluntary exchanges depends on stock.
Where goods are faulty or otherwise do not conform to the contract, your statutory rights to repair, replacement, refund or other remedies remain unaffected.
16. PROOF OF PURCHASE
We may request reasonable evidence that the product was purchased from Kollburm.
Evidence may include an order confirmation, receipt, payment record or other reasonable proof of purchase.
17. CANCELLING BEFORE DISPATCH
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at:
Where possible, we will cancel the order before shipment.
If the order has already been dispatched, you may still be able to exercise your statutory cancellation rights after receiving it.
18. REFUSED OR UNCOLLECTED DELIVERIES
Refusing delivery or failing to collect a parcel does not necessarily constitute valid notice that you are exercising your statutory right to cancel.
If you wish to cancel your contract, we recommend clearly informing us of your decision using the contact details provided in this policy.
Any deductions or costs associated with an uncollected shipment will only be applied where permitted by applicable law.
19. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
This Return & Refund Policy is intended to operate consistently with applicable UK consumer protection legislation, including, where relevant:
-
Consumer Rights Act 2015;
-
Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013; and
-
Other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
Your statutory rights cannot be excluded or restricted by this policy.
If any provision of this policy conflicts with a mandatory consumer right under applicable law, the applicable statutory right will prevail.
